10. RETURNS POLICY
10.1 If the Goods are defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery, please notify us as soon as you become aware of any problem and return the Goods to us. On cancellation for whatever reason you must return to us the Goods we have delivered to you.
10.2 All Goods being returned should be returned at a Threads retail outlet, and should be accompanied by the original receipt. The original card in on which it was paid for will be credited.
10.3 We ask that you allow us to (at your option) repair, replace or refund you for the price paid for any Goods which are found to be defective, incorrect or damaged on delivery.
10.4 If you opt to exchange the Goods, any additional payments must be received in full. Goods will not be despatched until such payment has been received.
11. REFUNDS POLICY
11.1 Refunds will only be given in exceptional cases and where there is a valid reason for the refund (less any applicable discount) by re-crediting your payment card account from which the money was originally debited. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. The time taken to be refunded to your Debit/Credit card is dependant on the time your bank takes to process the refund.
11.2 Exchange can be done within 14 days from the date of online order delivery at your nearest Threads retail outlet. Items for exchange must be unused and in its original packing. No refund or ex-change on Swimwear, Socks, Leggings & tights.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
